

COC announces ATPI Sports Events as official ticketing and hospitality services partner

Published on 2017-02-07 PyeongChang 2018 tickets and packages go on sale in Canada on 23 February 2017 The Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) has announced leading global travel management and events company ATPI Sports Events as its Official Ticketing and Hospitality Services Partner. This eight-year agreement accredits ATPI as the exclusive ticket reseller and hospitality package provider for Canadians over the next four Olympic Games. In addition, ATPI Sports Events will arrange travel for Team Canada athletes and mission team members all the way to the 2024 Olympic Games.
The ATPI Sports Events team has over 20 years of experience in providing travel and event services at the Olympic Games. Team Canada and Canadian Olympic fans will benefit from these world-class services not only at the upcoming Olympic Games, but also at the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games and the Lima 2019 Pan American Games.
ATPI will also facilitate the issuing of complimentary tickets to all Canadian Olympians’ family and friends through the Petro Canada Family & Friend Ticketing Program.
Ticket and package sales for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games launch in the Republic of Korea and some other markets on 9 February 2017. A reserved number of tickets for Canadians will be available for purchase on 23 February 2017 at www.atpi.ca/olympicgames.
The PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games will take place from 9 – 25 February 2018 in the Republic of Korea. There will be 1.17 million tickets issued to the public and the most expensive sporting event will be the men’s ice hockey gold medal match.
