About the Day of the Event Manager

In 2018 we successfully launched the Day of the Event Manager. Normally, this day takes place on June 21st: the longest day of the year on which Event Managers can catch their breath after months of hectic activity. As this date fell on the weekend in 2020, the Day of the Event Manager took place on Tuesday June 30th. 

In view of current events, we have embraced "The Glass Ball" as the theme for this edition. No one can predict the future, especially with the current challenges. We discussed new developments and trends with colleagues from different branches. What changes do you experience within your expertise? From July 1st, several corona measures have been eased and there is more room for implementation for events. How will we ensure a safe environment and successful event in practice?
