Dedicated M.I.C.E. Expertise: We assigned a highly experienced M.I.C.E. Manager to work directly with NTU, meticulously tailoring the itinerary and addressing their unique preferences.
On-the-ground Presence: Our M.I.C.E. Manager traveled with the group to Indonesia, providing constant coordination and ensuring quality control at every step. This proactive approach was crucial in managing unforeseen situations.
Adaptability in Action: When an excursion to Borobudur started late due to external circumstances, our M.I.C.E. manager demonstrated exceptional initiative. Recognising the group’s potential dissatisfaction, the manager quickly planned for lunch to be ready-with no cost attached to NTU upon their return to the hotel. This thoughtful gesture successfully diffused tension and demonstrated a commitment to excellent customer care.
