Together, we create tailor-made experiences that perfectly match each group of attendees, from selecting the destination to designing every moment of the program. Because no two groups are the same, and neither should their experience be.
The challenge
Every incentive trip needs to feel unique. The destinations, activities and overall experience must inspire participants while reflecting the premium standards of the Mobilize, Renault and Dacia brands.
Together with Mobilize Financial Services, we brought two unique incentive journeys to life:
A leadership incentive to Sicily
A sales incentive to Istanbul
Our solution
Working closely with the client, we designed two bespoke programs, each carefully tailored to the profile of the group.
From flights, accommodation and transfers to unique activities, food & beverage experiences and on-site event management, ATPI coordinated every detail. Our experienced project managers accompanied both groups on-site, ensuring a seamless experience from departure to return.
To simplify attendee management, registrations were managed through ATPI EventsHub, our event technology, providing an efficient registration process and centralized participant information.
Staying flexible
Halfway through the planning process, the client decided to change the destinations: the leadership team would travel to Istanbul, while the sales group would visit Sicily instead.
Rather than seeing this as a challenge, our team quickly adapted all travel arrangements, accommodation, activities and logistics, ensuring the change had no impact on the quality of either program.
The result
Both incentive trips were delivered successfully and received outstanding feedback from participants, with an average satisfaction score of 9 out of 10.
