She brings this wealth of experience to the BTA Board as it continues its mission to unite and support TMCs in driving best practice and success across the industry.

Douglas O’Neill, Chair of the BTA Board, commented:
“We welcome Nikki at such a pivotal time of change in the business travel industry. Demand for business travel is on the rise, but the system supporting it faces ongoing challenges around reliability, connectivity, and sustainability. Nikki’s experience and her commitment to championing travellers and the TMC community will be invaluable as we work to navigate these challenges.”

“The business travel industry is one I have always been passionate about, and I truly look forward to helping it progress further at a time of real transformation. I’m excited to play a part in shaping the future of the industry, helping TMCs achieve their best and ultimately improve the experience for those who travel for work.”
