The Challenge 

Managing large volumes of corporate travel placed significant strain on internal teams. The organisation needed to reduce manual administration across booking, invoicing, and back-office processes while maintaining control, consistency, and compliance. Limited online adoption and fragmented processes were driving inefficiencies and higher costs, highlighting the need for a more streamlined corporate travel management solution. 

The Solution

To maximise efficiency, ATPI implemented a proactive adoption strategy, with consultants guiding travellers and bookers towards the online booking tool and reducing reliance on offline channels. This resulted in a stable, scalable solution requiring minimal post-implementation changes.
