What does your day-to-day role consist of?
Working with our ATPI Team to positively challenge conventional ways of doing things and come together with our clients to support their changing business models, bringing together technology enabled solutions along with the skills and knowledge of our teams . We need to be where our clients need us to be and my role is to ensure all our teams across operations, account management and business development are aligned to this and we continue the momentum needed for a Marine and Energy travel management specialist.
Favourite thing about working in travel
Having worked in travel for over 32 years I have had a fantastic career and continue to do so, I love the fact I still learn everyday as the world of business travel evolves and transforms and how a Marine and Energy Travel Management specialist fits into this finding new and innovative ways of working with the emotive world of travel.

Job title: Assistant Head of UK Operations
What does your day-to-day role consist of?
In my role I am responsible for the operational service delivery, quality standards, resource management, productivity and efficiencies for the UK Operation.
Favourite thing about working in travel
Working in the travel industry is fast paced and ever changing! I like that no two days are ever the same and I get to work with some truly inspiring people.

What does your day-to-day role consist of?
My day to day role is to ensure my team provide the complete travel service to our clients within their companies travel polices. Looking at ways we can reduce their travel costs and look at work processes to improve efficiencies.
Favourite thing about working in travel
No two days are the same! There is always something in the world that is happening that affects travel and how we work. I love to look at solutions and how we can continue to service our clients providing the best possible service.

Job Title: Team Supervisor
What does your day-to-day role consist of?
I assist my team when they are busy with reservations, and also deal some admin queries from clients directly and the admin teams. I also help on the Out of Hours team.
Favourite thing about working in travel
No day is the same! I enjoy a challenge and getting my head stuck into things.

Job title: Senior Business Travel Consultant
What does your day-to-day role consist of?
I book marine travel for individuals or whole crew changes depending on the account.
Favourite thing about working in travel
Learning something new every day and the sheer variety on the accounts I work on. It varies so much, one minute you can be doing a simple Aberdeen to London flight, next a flight to a place I’ve never heard of. Our clients are based all over the world so departures are from every and any airport you can think of or in some cases, never heard of! And I’ve been in the industry over 30 years!

Job title: Global Account Manager
What does your day-to-day role consist of?
My role is to be the main point of contact for global clients for all the markets we service them in. I meet with the Travel Managers regularly to review travel spend and policy, provide recommendations on how to get the best value from their travel programmes and work with them to manage and complete any wider projects that may affect travel such as mergers and acquisitions, new system implementations etc.
Favourite thing about working in travel
I have worked in travel since I left college and I still don’t think two days have ever been the same. In this industry you are faced with different challenges every day and I love working to overcome those and ensure our customers get where they need to be!

What does your day-to-day role consist of?
I engage with prospective clients, helping to elevate their travel programme and ensuring that their account is implemented and services are delivered to our high ATPI standards.

Meeting new people and working with them to overcome the challenges in travel they face day to day.
