Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at ATPI. As a global leader in travel management, we specialize in providing comprehensive travel solutions to corporate clients around the world. The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic sales planning, relationship building, and effective leadership.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
• Identify and target key corporate clients, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
• Deliver winning sales presentations that clearly articulate the ATPI brand, service, and value proposition.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
• Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track sales activities, monitor performance, and generate actionable reports.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's services and generate leads.
• Stay up to date with advancements in travel technology and tools to enhance the sales process and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
• Proven track record of success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the travel industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales management role in a global travel management company.
• Preferably in the travel, meetings and incentives, or related technology industries
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office suite.
