The challenge

Doosan Babcock were dissatisfied with the service they were receiving from their incumbent travel management company (TMC). They had been with the agency for around four years and upon the expiry of their contract wanted to move to a different supplier. The need for a more personalised style of service, including the provision of a dedicated account manager rather than a centralised account management team, was the main driving factor for the change of TMC.

The solution

Doosan Babcock selected ATPI as their new travel management provider in the Autumn of 2020. The 1st December 2020 was jointly selected as the go-live date, this gave the team six weeks to complete the implementation project, both online and offline.
