Global Product Manager – UK or India (Mumbai)

Position overview: To own and build the product vision for a collection of products that are relevant to business travel

In this position you will:

  • Own and build the product vision for a collection of products that are relevant to business travel
  • Represent the voice of the customer to ensure the smartest solution is built into the right product,
  • Continue to improve customer experience and engagement at ATPI
  • In collaboration with the product marketing & commercial team, understand the opportunities, requirements and customer pain points for each new product enhancement & on-going growth optimisation
  • Own, create & develop the on-going innovative conversion rate optimisation stream to grow and drive your product forward to meet its business outcomes, ensuring that it delivers against its vision and strategy
  • Be responsible for ensuring accurate KPI’s and reporting across the product, while communicating performance, adoption updates and forecasts to the business stakeholders
  • Champion the product vision, help to engage the wider business teams and encourage contribution to new product development, product ideation and solution design


Preferred must have:

  • Experience of product management  - skilled in both building new innovative features and optimising existing products to maximise growth, global deployment and product adoption
  • Driven by analysing stats and data, thriving on this information to optimise your prioritisation and decision making
  • Constantly looking at the ROI ensuring your own and the teams focus is in the correct area to reach your specific business outcome
  • First rate communication skills to inform, engage and influence stakeholders to get buy in and build trust in your ability to drive the product forward
  • Ability to create a culture where the immediate team are comfortable producing small experiments to validate assumptions prior to larger resource investment
  • Adaptive and creative problem solving skills
  • Highly effective at planning, prioritising and organising to achieve strategic goals
  • Support and encourage colleagues in change management procedures
  • Experience in documenting requirements and change requests
