Digital Services Executive - Singapore

The purpose of the role is to offer comprehensive support to both clients and colleagues with all online products offered by ATPI. To support the Operational & Commercial Teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective process and solutions.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and Train customers and staff on all Online, Client Facing products
  • To Support the Digital Services team with call and inbox management
  • To provide both internal and external customers support and updates via call and email
  • Ensure that incoming calls and emails are answered promptly and professionally in line with the business customer service standards
  • Assist when required our commercial teams (sales and account managers) from a technical perspective in demos/training/implementation
  • Resolve system queries from clients and colleagues via call and email
  • Assist with profile maintenance, both manual updates and via an upload process
  • Proactively resolve system access issues – unlocking accounts, resetting passwords etc.
  • To help build and configure online solutions
  • General system maintenance updates
  • Produce prompts and procedures for all tools ensuring documentation is updated and communicated to all departments
  • Test all products prior to deployment
  • Work as an extension of the Global Digital team

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to use own initiative and think logically when reviewing system
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • GDS (Global Distribution System) system proficient
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of ATPI products desirable
