CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP FOR ATP
ATP, The Advanced Travel Partner, best known in the UK as the 6th largest TMC, has changed its ultimate ownership from Dutch investment trust Archand Capital Investments in a management buyout backed by Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) the investment arm of Lloyds TSB.

The deal sees the creation of an international Board of Directors led by Group Chief Executive Graham Ramsey alongside John Jansen, Ian Sinderson and Willem Starink. Three external directors make up the full board; two representing LDC and John Donaldson, formally Chief Executive of Thomas Cook Holdings as a Non-Executive Chairman.
