ATP APPOINTS NEW CHAIRMAN

ATP International Group, one of the world's leading travel management companies, has appointed a new Chairman to the Board of its ultimate holding company, ATP Holdco Ltd.

James Wilde joined the Board in October 2009. James has held senior executive roles within the support services sector and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Rentokil Initial plc. He is also Chairman of Deb Group, Zenith Vehicle Contracts, Deputy Chairman of the NAAFI and a Non-Executive Director of AFI Holdings.

Graham Ramsey, ATP's Group Chief Executive, said: "We are delighted that James is joining our team as we seek to build on our great year in 2009 and pursue our aggressive growth targets in 2010."

ATP International Group, the multinational UK owned corporate travel provider, backed by its private equity partner Barclays Private Equity, recently announced its purchase of Instone International, one of the world's leading marine fares specialists. The combined group will have worldwide revenues in excess of €750 Million with a branch network covering 19 countries plus a worldwide partner network.
