Group Management Team
Graham Ramsey
Group Chief Executive Officer
Graham has held various senior management positions throughout Europe, the Far East and South Africa. The early part of his career was in publishing, most notably as Chief Executive of Link House. He went on to run a fully listed PLC, taking the travel interest into ATP and helping to establish this company as a major international player. In 2008 Ramsey brought in Barclays Private Equity, one of Europe's leading mid-market private equity firms, to take a majority stake in the Group through a secondary MBO. This made possible the £37 million acquisition of Instone International in May 2009 at the lowest point of the economic cycle, a deal accomplished without the need to take on additional bank debt. He also chairs the Guild of Travel Management Companies' Hotel Working Party.
