Heading up the department is manager Jo Wardle who has extensive experience in the travel industry including eight years working within Ayscough Travel and ATP. “The great thing is that we can offer a one stop shop” explains Jo. “Through our specialist departments we can manage the complete process and content of any event from arranging flights, hotels and transfers to organising delegate registration, social programmes and gala dinners. This allows clients to concentrate on the content of the conference rather than the logistics of any event.
Worldwide, ATP’s offices are involved in organising major conferences for a diverse range of industries including the World Congress of Psychiatry in Paris and the World Congress on Neuro Surgery in Monaco. In Holland, the Dutch conference team have recently organised the Congress of the International Environment Council and the global conference of ABN MRO in 12 different locations. “We have been involved in organizing some amazing events both in the UK and overseas for a number of ears now and relish each new enquiry with enthusiasm and professionalism, however large or small it may be”, says Jo.
