ATPI has developed the ATPI Academy to train all ATPI and Partner staff on various topics such as technology and compliance. The academy is important for two reasons:
- By completing the courses you are sure to be updated on technology and other topics which are important for your daily work.
- The results of the Academy helps us to win business because ATPI is the only TMC that can show proof of being able to ensure global training and quality of service standards.
Every employee within our network is invited, via personal email, to follow the courses and pass the evaluation exercises. We kindly ask all of you to complete all your designated courses if you have not already done so. If you have any questions you can contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
On 13 July 2015 a new course on ATPI Academy has been released that specifically targets the Network Partners. The information has proved to be useful for everyone so it will be rolled out to ATPI staff as well.
The course is called ATPI Network - SharePoint Site Training and explains how to find the site, how to use the Company Information pages and how to use the Partner Documents section. Users will also find valuable information on up to the minute information on the latest Business Development opportunities.
Users will receive a personal invitation to take the course in the coming days.
Watch out for new Partners appearing as new suppliers in FareViewer and other technology. More details on updates to follow soon on email.
