Loyalty program Hyundai
An increase in loyalty and product knowledge among customers by organising a visit to the factory in the Czech Republic. Trips to the factory were given away to the purchasers of new cars in a dealer campaign. The challenge was to implement the project within a very short timescale and allocate everyone into the three dates offered.
The participants were flown by charter plane to the Czech Republic, where buses were waiting at the airport to take them to the factory. After an interesting day, the participants returned home by plane enjoying some light refreshments.
