Objective

In 2010, KPN formulated the objective to bring these 45 incentive campaigns into line with each other for 2011 and 2012. The idea was to create uniformity between these different channels, with the same conditions applying to all employees in the future, and for the campaigns to be more closely coordinated with each other or combined.
