ATPI Automotive experience speaks for itself:
Audi Netherlands
Dealer trip to the Geneva Motor Show
Audi organised a day trip to the Geneva Motor Show. A special charter flight took 200 invited dealers from Rotterdam to Geneva. The guests were welcomed at the airport and branded coaches were waiting to transport everyone to the hotel for a presentation and lunch. The group then visited the motor show where, amongst other things, they admired the new Audi A4 Avant. After the show everyone was flown back to the Netherlands at a time to suit Audi and its guests - not the airlines.
ATP Automotive organised the flights, travel guides and more, in collaboration with Audis Event department (the Pon import company).
HUMMER Europe
European dealer meeting in Geneva
HUMMER organised a dealer event during the Geneva Motor Show, which allowed the dealers to check out the new HUMMER HX in detail before the press was granted that pleasure.
ATP travel escorts were waiting for about 100 European dealers at Geneva airport to escort them to a meeting at a hotel near the Expo. Early in the evening, coaches were waiting to take the group to the sophisticated ski resort of Crans-Montana where the evening's entertainment included traditional Swiss food at a big chalet and various outdoor activities, including snow biking. The next day all the guests flew back home after an extremely satisfying event.
ATP was responsible for many aspects including the travel guides, the dealer meeting logistics (room, catering, lights and audio), transport, hotel, lunches, dinner, and the activities associated with the event.
Rabobank
Customer trip Geneva Motor Show
To increase customer loyalty, a regional branch of Rabobank took a group of valued clients to the second press day of the Geneva Motor Show. After checking in at the hotel and enjoying a special lunch, the guests toured the motor show before attending dinner at a top location. The bank staff and their clients returned home refreshed and happy the following day.
ATP was responsible for flights, travel guides, transport, hotel, entrance tickets, lunches and the dinner location.
